Please read below before processing your return:

1. Is the item/s unworn and not tarnished, damaged or altered? 
2. Is the packaging, tags and labels still attached and in the same condition? 
3. Are you returning the item/s within the 10 day return period?
4. Are you return a full priced item?
5. Do you have proof of purchase attached to your return?

• No Refunds on Sale Items
• Customers have 14 days to exchange any Full Price item from date of  purchase
• No refunds or Returns on Sale items.
• No refund or exchange on worn/used items
• Gift Vouchers/ExchangeCodes are valid for 6 months from date of purchase/issue
• Gift Vouchers/Exchange codes cannot be refunded

Please be aware that Petite Soda does not cover the cost of any return items. We advise that you use a tracked and registered mail carrier service for the return of your goods it is the customers responsibility to deliver the return to Petite Soda

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are checked for faults or damage prior to dispatch. However, should your items be damaged , please advise us by emailing sales@petitesodakids.com
